• The images are yours or licensed for your use

NONEGLITCH may remove any listing that violates our policies.

4. Platform Role

NONEGLITCH:

• Is not a dealership

• Does not verify listings or vehicle conditions

• Is not responsible for transactions between users

• Does not provide warranties for vehicles

Users transact at their own risk.

5. Payments

If NONEGLITCH offers paid services:

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

• All payments are processed by secure third-party processors

• NONEGLITCH does not store payment card details

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Commit fraud

• Spam other users

• Post duplicate or fake listings

• Misrepresent vehicle condition

• Attempt to manipulate search rankings

• Use automated scripts without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content on NONEGLITCH—including logos, branding, code, layouts—is our property.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify platform elements without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

NONEGLITCH is not liable for:

• Damages from transactions between users

• Loss of money due to scams

• Listing errors or inaccuracies

• Vehicle conditions, mileage, or authenticity

• Service interruptions, bugs, or downtime

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

• Pose security risks

• Fail to comply with applicable laws

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes:

• Users are encouraged to resolve issues directly

• NONEGLITCH is not responsible for mediating buyer/seller disputes

• Legal disputes must follow the laws and courts of United States

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
